I had a crisis with my laptop today - got a black screen that I couldn't get rid of. I tried to problem solve it myself, with no luck. My previous IT "go to" is out of business. I hadn't used Midwest before, but gave them a call and they were able to help me right away. Justin checked it out and had it ready for me in about an hour. Reasonably priced, quick turnaround, good customer service. My new local IT favorite.
Great service very friendly atmosphere took my desktop in got back the same day works great and the price was so low it flord me it's been a long time cends i left a store and felled like i got a great deal made my day.
