The wash was fine. The two stars, is for the absolute chaos, of leaving it up to the drivers to alternate between three lanes of cars, to fall in line, and begin entering the car wash. They need an employee directing traffic. I’ve never heard that much horn honking, or seen that level of aggressive behavior at an establishment like this. Will not be back, for this very reason.
As if people don’t look at their car after going to this place. We have Gill’s car wash (which actually does a great job at cleaning), and AAAA car wash which for the similar price will vacuum and wipe down the inside of your car. Mike’s car wash does a great marketing job. Spending all their money on the building look, and marketing ploys, just to give you a garbage wash. Do a better job using your brains if you’re going to a car wash and skip this place every time.
Terrible terrible experience. Returned within 18 hrs of car wash with receipt in hand requesting that they would take care of very clearly missed spots on the side of my car and they refused to get the remaining dirt off of the vehicle. Claimed it was against company policy because it wasn’t same day or same visit. The right thing to do would be take care of the very clearly missed spots (shown in picture) instead of digging heals in on what “company policy” is. Have no interest in returning to this location.
WORST CAR WASH EXPERIENCE EVER. First time here and definitely the last. They ripped off my car's spoiler during the wash. When we inquired about it, their staff (Natalie) literally found the part in the wash bay. The staff assured us it would be taken care of. We filled out a form and were told we would be reached out within a week. After total radio silence for a week, we reached out to find that they denied the claim because THEY decided it was "already broken". Really? Did the machine that broke it decide that? You damage the car and then dodge the responsibility? Now we are stuck with a large repair bill because Mike's can't own up to their screw-up. Absolutely pathetic!! If you care about your car- never come to this place.
After purchasing the basic wash with undercarriage, I inspected my vehicle afterwards and there were still bug smears on the front of the vehicle and along the sides. Not a complete clean. Really unsatisfied for $15. Added some photos with my watch and the receipt to show.
