I have been getting what they call the t-shirt service which is full chest and abdomen and full back, the most asked question I get is does it hurt and the answer is in spots it does. But the staff they have here are the best, they are quick they ask how I’m doing throughout the entire session, they ask if I need a break and they communicate very well. I highly recommend the NRH location to everyone. In addition to the great service and attention to their patients they are all very nice and easy to talk to. They will answer questions you ask and they are honest and upfront about everything. Keep up the great work!
I am truly beyond grateful for the exceptional care I’ve received at Milan Laser Hair Removal. I am undergoing full-body laser treatments with Ronique, and today was my fourth session—each visit has been nothing short of amazing. Ronique is incredibly kind, gentle, and compassionate. She takes the time to truly understand my needs and patiently walks me through every step, which makes the entire experience so comfortable and reassuring. I couldn’t be happier with my results and the care I’ve received. I wholeheartedly recommend Ronique and Milan Laser Hair Removal to anyone considering laser treatments.
Can’t say enough good things. My consultation was fantastic. I’m drawing a blank on the woman’s name (Lily is somehow sticking) that gave me the rundown on laser, the ins and outs, all of the options and packages, and helped me choose what was best for me. She was kind, knowledgeable, and didn’t pressure me to pick “the most expensive” option. I’ve had three treatments at this location so far. Ronique has completed my treatment all three times, and from the first treatment, I knew I was in good hands. She answered every single one of my questions, I had a lot, with no judgement. She gave me a play-by-play of the process and told me what she was doing before she did it. She was easy to talk to, and I found myself enjoying the conversation during the treatments. We truly hit it off. I have requested her for all of the rest of my treatments. After the first full treatment I had 30-40% hair loss under my arms and on my toes, and 40-45% hair loss in my overall bikini area, with 80-90% hair loss in over half of the bikini area. For full transparency — I had laser hair removal in the bikini area over 10 years ago. But the hair grew back. I should’ve gone back sooner. 1,000% worth the investment. Do it!
I have had the most incredible experience. After just one treatment I went from shaving my fave every 2-3 days to 3 times total in a 5 week period. The staff were kind, straight forward, and informative about the process. Ronique has been incredible. She did my first and now second treatment she is encouraging, skilled, efficient, and knowledgeable. My onnnnnlyyyy regret is not being able to gift this experience to myself sooner.
Experience: Not a good experience at all. The moment I entered, they immediately asked for my ID. I understand identity verification is important, but then the staff started noting down details from my driver’s license without my consent. When I questioned this, she said she needed my date of birth—again, without asking for permission. Seriously? Next, I was handed an 8-page form to fill out my medical information. I get that part, but the last page required me to sign a statement saying: “I had enough discussion with the provider and I am satisfied…” Really? This was my first visit—no discussion, nothing. Yet they wanted me to sign something that wasn’t true. When I confronted her, she said, “If you don’t sign, we will not do the consultation.” The audacity! Instead of correcting the issue, they enforced signing because I was there for my appointment. That’s unacceptable. I walked out furiously. I urge everyone to think twice. Why so much pressure? Why are they collecting personal data in the name of consultation? It feels fishy and unethical.
