I am very grateful to this salon. I got my nails done here in suspension I might be getting engaged. My girl, Hien, really pulled through! I came in with an inspo photo and a dream. She was really patient and amazing with recommendations to achieve the look I wanted. I am so glad I trusted her because my nails came out perfect for my engagement! Hien went above and beyond to ensure my nails were up to my expectations, and was upfront and transparent about pricing. And talk about durable! I just started experiencing some lifting today and it’s been 3 weeks and 3 days since getting them done! The salon team rocks; they were nice enough to stay late so Hien could finish and be devoted with her work. Thank you Hien for doing such an outstanding job on my nails and for your outstanding service! This manicure will be a forever memory for me ☺️ The first photo is of my manicure during the proposal, the second photo is of my second set at this salon so you know it’s not just a one hit wonder. My original manicure lasted 30 days before I got the fill!
Most relaxing experience Diana is such a sweetheart her personality makes u feel like you have been friends with her for years everyone is so welcoming and Kevin did great with my nails ..a little rushy but only because he was booked and busy and WE LOVE A NAIL ART KING ! And I can’t remember the other guy who did my toes the first visit but he did great and John did great with my toe nail repair! I told Diana I’m coming back for all my desired services! And the atmosphere of the shop is beautiful I love the decorations and the how they have their own personalized seats with their logos, they’re so comfy!! And the beverages are delicious too! And the staff is diverse like what more could u want out of a nail shop they ratings speak for themselves! I love MILANOOOO 👏
This spa is beautiful! I went with my mom and sister and had a wonderful experience. We showed up an hour early for our appointment since plans changed but they happily accommodated us. The customer service was friendly and professional. We were offered two complimentary drinks each. The nail techs asked very few questions which I appreciated since my mom, sister, and I were chatting and catching up. We were very well taken care of by the staff and I highly recommend this spa. Stella was my nail tech and did an amazing job and was very kind.
Hannah is amazing! She made my new glitter nails POP and she was very patient with me as I tried to figure out what color to do. Paul, the manager, was understanding and happy to fulfill any request for my color change and fix my nail that had broken a few days before. The cherry on top? A nice mimosa after a long day! 🥂 I love Milano and I will definitely be back ❤️❤️❤️
Today was one of the best self care days in a while. I was shopping in the Wynnwood area when I noticed this salon. I was not prepared for how nice it the salon looked. Not only is it beautiful inside, the customer service experience was spectacular. Very gracious as well as professional. Customer service I’d important to me, so I was very impressed. This is a clean establishment. The restrooms are beautifully decorated and maintained. The service I received from my technician, Don, was top notch! He was general yet efficient. The complimentary beverage service is another plus. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking to have a great self care day. I give it a 10 out of 10!
