I was a milk + honey member for over two years, nearly three, and I’m genuinely disappointed with how my experience ended. Over the last several visits, the level of customer service declined, which ultimately led me to cancel my membership after the recent rewards points changes. After canceling, I took the time to email corporate to share thoughtful feedback based on my long-term relationship with the brand. I received an automated message indicating a ticket was opened and later closed yet no one ever reached out to me directly. As a loyal, consistently paying member, that was disheartening and made me feel undervalued. My most recent visit, which was the day before my birthday, also involved avoidable frustrations (difficulty reaching staff by phone and being left waiting outside in the cold despite ringing the doorbell). While my massage therapist did a good job, the overall experience no longer reflects the standard milk + honey once represented to me. I’m sharing this in hopes leadership takes note. Loyalty and communication matter, especially with long term members. If it wasn't for still having a balance under my previous membership account I would not ever return.
I got a Signature facial with esthetician Lovely, best facial ever! She’s so kind and professional and her hands are so gentle. I feel so beautiful after and she explains every step in detail. I also love the products she recommended. If you’re looking for a relaxing facial, I highly recommend Lovely! I love the space as well, quiet, peaceful and luxurious. It feels amazing being in the lounge area not hearing a thing and surrounded by relaxing decor. I highly recommend Milk and Honey!
Milk & Honey is a nice spa, clean and bright. The waiting room is very comfy and relaxing. I had the most amazing massage from Cindy - one of the BEST massages I have ever had, and I have had a lot of massages. You can tell that Cindy really loves what she does, and it is reflected in her technique and personality. She is highly recommended - - book her, you will thank me later!
Gorgeous revamp of the space into a luxe, relaxing retreat. My massage therapist was exceptional, providing a relaxing session that also produced longer-term pain relief. Can’t recommend enough🌟
I’ve been meaning to check this place out. Very nice building, looks clean. The ambiance was great and relaxing they have a nice tea and nut dry fruit water table set up. I got an hour massage, it was pretty good! Not the best but not bad. My therapist was very nice and professional. I will suggest they heat the oil or lotion before applying. The locks for the lockers were confusing. The receptionist charged the girl behind me her service on mine tab by accident thinking I was her, so they had to refund me on my gift card. I would also suggest the receptionist ask for names vs assuming. The showers 🚿 could be cleaner I skipped it and just went home to shower. Other than that I would say it was standard. I have the gift card I have to use up still I will go back and try a facial next time. We will see how that service goes.
