The estimate that Evan gave us was extremely thorough and explained everything. I was given many pictures that showed how the existing roof valley over the garage was not pitched accurately causing a pooling & leak into the garage. Working with Evan was easy & a pleasure, his customer service was outstanding!! When Victor and his team came out to do the repairs, they were very careful to cover areas where roof debris would be dropped, they cleaned up immaculately everywhere on the ground where they had worked noth days. Every step of the way, Victor kept me up to date on the repair progress. Additionally, his team ensured all alleys of the roof were removed of pine needles & debris. Victor inspected all vents to ensure they had the necessary silicone flashing to avoid further leaks. I highly recommend Mills Roofing for your repair/replacement roofing needs!! We felt we received a fair quote for a quality job for the roof repair. Evan, Victor and the entire work crew were professional and a pleasure to work with. We had Mills Roofing make some repairs and apply Roofmaxx. Cliff from Mills was very knowledgeable. He brings plenty of experience to the company and explained the process from beginning to end including performing a final inspection two days later. He made us feel confident in our decision. Mills Roofing truly cares about their customers and makes sure you are satisfied with their service. They provide video and pictures showing you problem spots, unlike other companies. With other companies they use scare tactics and try to pressure you in to purchasing things you may not need, like a whole new roof. They even give a Veterans discount. I highly recommend having Roofmaxx applied to your roof. It looks much better and is the fraction of the cost of a new roof. We even have had a few neighbors stop by and comment on how good the roof looks. Thanks for everything.
