I've been coming here for the past year to treat my acne and everyone here has been nothing short of professional and amazing! NP Lee has been wonderful and has been doing everything she can for me to make sure I have a clear face for my wedding. I've recommended this place to a couple of friends already. 10/10!
Dr. Melodie Young and Stormy gave me the care I have been desperately looking for! Melodie is extremely knowledgeable, she immediately knew what it was that I needed and quickly gave me a solution. Everyone was easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable. The entire team was kind, even the parking security was welcoming! Cheers!
I had a good experience on my first visit. NP Lee Nichols was nice, answered any questions I had, explained everything to me in detail. I didn't feel rushed. Being a person of color she explained what to expect from the medicine and what happens to my skin's pigmentation. I have no complaints. I had my appointment date mixed up, I was still seen.
If I could leave 0 stars i would. They will schedule you at 5 and then have no way to contact anyone after 4pm if running 5 minutes behind. Drove an hour and a half in traffic. You could clearly see the hwy backed up walking out of the building. No courtesy call to ck. Stood at the locked front door for 7 minutes before someone walk by to tell me to go around. There is no sign to advise that they utilize another door to enter. And no provider available
Mindful Dermatology feels like family! I am so thankful for the care at this clinic --- each provider goes above and beyond to make sure I feel valued every time I'm there! I will continue to go back, and I love the new space --- it's beautiful!!!
