Such a lovely hour in the studio receiving Jessica’s sound bath. Cozy atmosphere with plenty of blankets and bolsters to support. Easy to locate with the instructions given. Highly recommended for anyone to try - I personally enjoyed how the varying vibrations moved and released stagnant energy, leaving me feeling “in flow” after the session.
Jessica's sound healing experience was so cool! It put me in a totally relaxed state as my mind roamed over positive memories. I love the way Jessica uses the bowls to create overlapping vibrations that were both interesting and relaxing at the same time. Very enjoyable!
