We feel so lucky to have found Dr. Carly and this practice! Dr. Carly is warm, approachable, and it’s clear how much she genuinely loves kids. She is so sweet and engaging with my daughter and talks to her like she was one of her own. She is kind, smart and gives thoughtful advice while still respecting our wishes as parents. She has been incredibly lovely to work with regarding our goals for a delayed vaccine schedule. She never rushes us and always takes the time to answer questions both during appointments and in the patient portal. I trust her with the most important thing in the world, my baby's health and my husband and I both feel like we have a true partner in our child’s care. She is an absolute blessing. I also want to call out the front desk staff. They are wonderful and warm and communicative and make the admin aspect absolutely seamless. They always call with appointment reminders, they make it easy to cancel and rebook appointments. To share a small anecdote, the other day we had left a message in the portal and Dr. Carly was out of the office and someone from the office called to let me know that there would be a delay in response and asked if it was urgent and if I wanted the message to be forwarded to another doctor. It wasn't urgent, and this gesture to just keep me informed was so thoughtful. Bravo to this office all around!
Dr. Asnani and her staff are polite, efficient, and kind. They take the time to explain medical information to both patients and their parents, provide care that is comprehensive and delivered with great bedside manner, and they are quick and thorough in addressing concerns and managing prescriptions. Their professionalism and compassion make Miracle Mile Pediatrics a great place for families!
I have been taking my children to Miracle Mile Pediatrics for 15 years and I have been so impressed with the care and professionalism of the staff. My kids love Dr. Asnani and her staff and really enjoy each and every visit. I highly recommend Miracle Mile Pediatrics.
My son has been a patient with dr asnani’s practice for 8 years. The care, consideration, and time that she and her staff have provided to our family has meant the world. Whether it’s all the times we needed to schedule a last minute appointment, or get antibiotics for an ear infection on the weekend, or to make sure our kid gets the care he needed at the ICU when Covid hit, and we were all terrified of what would happen, I consider Dr Asnani and miracle Mile pediatrics as one of the greatest miracles our family has had in all of our time in Los Angeles.
I appreciate that I can always reach a live person when I call Miracle Mile Pediatrics… all the staff are courteous and helpful and call me back quickly… we have seen both Dr Chendrimada and Dr Carly and they’re both great! Also, this is not an industry practice. These doctors care about the kids and families they care for, and I would never want to leave a practice like this. 10/10.
