I had a BEAUTIFUL experience at this place. I loved the staff, the personalized area, the time slot, the number of gorgeous dresses they had for me to pick, the prices were reasonable for the dresses they had, and overall it was a pleasing experience. The only reason I put 4 stars instead of 5 is because the day I bought the dress I was promised a tailor to fix the little things for my dress, and now they don't have any, or at least someone to recommend, so I have to look for someone trustworthy enough to fix my dress. Overall I loved the place; I just wish they had someone to finish the job.
My experience at Misora bridal was brilliant from start to finish! The hour and a half time slot was the perfect amount of time for me to find THE dress with the help of the Misora staff. They provided me with free shape wear and nipple covers to make the trying on experience smooth and easy. The staff was very helpful and took pictures of me and my group. The store was beautiful and the dress selection good. I would definitely recommend Misora bridal to any Houston brides!
I’m not sure how to rate this review, I made an appointment for my bonus daughter, she is getting married Valentine’s Day 2026, she has been budget shopping and trying to do it alone. I wanted her to have the beautiful experience of finding a dress she loved and saying YES TO THE DRESS. So we went, the girl who was assisting us was amazing, I told her my budget and she showed us around, being last minute, we were buying off the floor which was an automatic discount, we choose 4 dresses and she pulled a few, being a curvy girl we still had a nice selection within the budget, the first dress the sales girl actually pulled from a sales rack from the back, not even knowing the price my daughter fell in love with it, so everything that came after she was not moved….. This dress fit perfect looked amazing and guess what it was $500….. Then the owner (I’m assuming) chimes in, she adds the veil and bouquet, my daughter cried, I cried, she was so happy and appreciative that I had done this for her. WELL , the owner takes us to the register, goes to the back and comes back and says the dress was on the wrong rack and was actually $1850….. We never saw our sales girl again, I was devastated my daughter face dropped, I had told the sales girl my budget was $500-1000, but a 1000 we would have to do a payment plan. The owner raised the price and then said she would drop it to a 1000 because that’s my budget. I could not let her leave without this dress she had fallen so in love with, so I called me husband who sent me money, I thought about it all night, I felt scammed, tricked, and amazing experience turned bad. She rushed us out so fast after payment we never got the alteration lady info, no purchase picture ( like the bride before us), that’s when I knew she had did a bad thing with the pricing, I wanted to argue with her but I refused to ruin my baby’s day. I’m going back today to get the info I need to alter the dress but I don’t think I would ever go back….I needed to information on the alterations but I really refused to go back, so I phoned her the following business day, the owner answered , she was very apologetic but it wasn’t received from me. Like I stated before, we didn’t pick or pull that dress from the rack, the sales girl did, I never looked at the tag, she did, she also went back and double checked the pricing, not to mention, she also stated that the dress had been there on SALE , and she was waiting for the perfect bride, so I expressed all of that to the owner who stuck with her explanation, but she felt so bad that she agreed to pay for her alterations,, she went as far as to call the seamstress and setup payment. She also reached back out to me to apologize again and assure me that alterations were taken care of. And she did just that. So although the initial experience did not end well for me, the OVERALL EXPERIENCE was GREAT and the end result was that we found the perfect , most beautiful dress ever, and my daughter is very happy and excited. So thank you MISORA, I will return !!!!! Thank You
Plus size girlies don’t walk, RUNNNN to Misora Bridal! As a plus size girl, I was very worried about wedding dress shopping. While I found a few bridal shops that catered to my shape and size, there were some that didn’t. Misora Bridal was the BEST bridal shop experience I had! Jenny and Anna were absolutely amazing!! I found my dream dress and it was at a decent price! So happy God led me to this place!
My experience at this store was amazing. I came in without an appointment, I just wanted to see their showroom and without 15min I found my dress. Anna is an incredible person! She was so nice the whole time, she makes you feel beautiful and comfortable. They even give you a cute little gift when you pick up your dress. I recommend Misora to everyone that is looking for the perfect dress.
