After moving leaving a Greystar property that has 5 different property managers during our year there, Mission Center Properties has been a breath of fresh air. A buildings property management can make or break your experience. Wendy and Liz are absolutely amazing, super responsive and honestly a joy to speak to. They take great care in making sure you have everything you need. All maintenance requests we have placed were resolved within 3 business days and we were always contacted to follow up on the quality and timeliness of the work. Such great people. AMAZING. Wendy has been amazing. My old management company was not able to rent my unit for almost a year. I did my research and found Mission Center Properties. Wendy was able to get me a very well qualified tenant within weeks. Wendy takes care of everything, she's totally on the ball. She knows all the processes, ins and outs, and if something has to happen, she gets it done. If there is something with the tenant, HOA etc. it's addressed immediately. Wendy always responds quickly and thoroughly, I always know what's going on. Whereas before, my rental caused me a LOT of stress, Wendy makes it stress free!! I have very high standards, and Mission Center Properties exceeds them all. I'd give 10 stars if Google Reviews would let me. Michael
