My mother is elderly and not well with technology and her phone wouldn't charge, thought a bad battery. Brought the phone in expecting a battery replacement and ended up being a simple fix. Kudos to people that could have charged over but didn't.
Had an issue with my phone charging. Stopped in and they were able to fix it quickly. Very reasonably priced. Repeat customer for sure!
Got the screened fixed same day for a decent price. Very nice people. Broke the back glass by accident and he had another one on order already. Not a big deal for me, but very nice to have that. Will come again.
I threw my iPhone on the ground and broke the screen and the back of the phone. I sent it into Mission Repair KC and a few days later got my phone back looking and working like brand new. Great service at affordable prices. Ask for Ryan.
I am absolutely blown away at both the quality and speed of service at Mission Repair KC. I called Ryan earlier today to ask if he could fix our broken iPad screen which was cracked last night. Originally I thought about either running to Apple for them to repair the screen (for $250+) or just buying a new iPad. He said to bring it in and he could fix it within 3 hours for a VERY reasonable rate (much lower than Apple). After dropping it off, Ryan called back in less than 3 hours to let us know it was fixed and ready for pickup. It's flawless. As a tech person, I am beyond impressed as the iPad looks absolutely brand new. I will absolutely be coming back and/or pointing people in Ryan's direction. Thanks again!
