Mission Wine & Dine was a great experience from start to finish. The space is beautiful and welcoming, and the service was friendly and knowledgeable throughout the meal. We started with the hush puppies with red chile honey, which were excellent, along with the lobster deviled eggs and Brussels sprouts—each one well prepared and full of flavor. For entrées, the Mission steak was cooked perfectly, the clam chowder was rich and comforting, and the red curry mussels were a standout with great depth of flavor. Everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully made. The in-house wines are a nice touch and pair really well with the menu. Overall, Mission Wine & Dine is a solid choice for a quality meal in Albuquerque and definitely worth checking out.
Okay, wow—Mission Wine & Dine is an absolute showstopper. From the moment you walk in, the space is stunning: warm, inviting, beautifully designed, and effortlessly cool. It feels special without being stuffy, the kind of place you instantly want to linger. The wine is unreal—thoughtful, unique, and clearly made by a woman who knows her stuff. Add in the craft cocktails (balanced, creative, and dangerously drinkable), and you’re already winning before the food even hits the table. Speaking of food… the ribeye I had was phenomenal—perfectly cooked, deeply flavorful, and worth every bite. My friend ordered the smashburger, and I’m not exaggerating when I say it’s hands down the best green chile cheeseburger in Albuquerque. Full stop. And the hushpuppies? Don’t even think about skipping them. Crispy, tender, crave-worthy—honestly one of those dishes you’ll be thinking about days later. Pair all of that with genuinely great service—knowledgeable, warm, and attentive without hovering—and you’ve got a truly memorable experience. Mission Wine & Dine is a can’t-miss spot. Go support this local gem—you’ll leave happy, full, and already planning your next visit.
**Brunch hours: 10:30am-3pm** (we struggled to find the hours) The vibe was awesome, lots of cute Christmas decorations up right now. The brunch was great—red chile candied bacon is a MUST. Really enjoyed the drinks as well, mimosas and the midnight julep. Service was excellent!! 10/10 Sunday brunch spot.
Enjoyed our date night at Mission! The atmosphere was so lovely, it didn’t feel too loud or too quiet and the lighting and space felt very comfortable. Our waitress Judy made us feel very cared for and checked on us frequently. Wine was great - got the flight to try the Garnacha, the Cabernet, and the Pinot Gris. Food was overall good. Brussels sprouts were out of this world - wine sauce with pumpkin seeds and Brussels were soft and crunchy and so yummy. Seasonal salad was pretty underwhelming - just a simple spinach salad with very light dressing. The blueberries and shaved almonds were the best parts. Lobster deviled eggs were also just ok - lobster was overcooked and flavor was very mild. The salmon dish was good - fish was perfectly cooked, soft, and flavorful but the broccolini was a bit undercooked and the rice was a little gummy. Very happy I tried this place, and enjoyed our night! Will try again.
A friend treated me to Mission Wine and Dine for my birthday on June 15th, and it ended up being such a lovely and memorable experience! We chose the spot last minute after realizing our original choice wouldn’t open for another hour—and I’m so glad we did. Even without a reservation, the host kindly seated us at a high-top table right in front of the band. To our surprise, it was their first time having live music, and the band was *fantastic*! It really added to the ambiance of the winery, and I truly hope they become a regular feature there. The food was just as impressive. The calamari, in particular, was a standout—so tender and flaky, easily some of the best I’ve had in Albuquerque. I also really appreciated the bartender’s thoughtful gesture of creating a unique non-alcoholic drink for my friend—such a nice touch that didn’t go unnoticed. All around, the staff, music, and welcoming atmosphere made for a refreshing and special evening. I’ll definitely be back. Huge thanks to the team at Mission Wine and Dine for helping make my birthday so special!
