Have any signage or instructions on how to pay ahead of time. Have your workers actually give any instructions on how to pay. Ridiculous waste of time. Also, all ads say a car wash is $5. When you show up they charge $14. Liars and thieves. What a joke.
I have a monthly membership, maintain my vehicle almost on a daily basis which includes going to the car wash. They do a great job. Staff is friendly and anytime I've needed information they provided it quickly and accurately. I highly recommend this place
The staff treats you like you should be thanking them. I feel like I’m in a high end VINYL shop looking at records while a pretentious worker shames me for not turning my wheel to the left fast enough. It’s just strange. I’m in customer service. People know when the staff hates you. Seriously, just trying to get my car washed! I don’t wanna deal with eye rolling and passive aggressive comments. I got the $26 titanium deal and said I was gonna cancel after the first month. But they tried to auto pay my card?? Total Racket. Another thing. Two people working on East wash. One to scan the card and another to insult you and spray a hose for 7 seconds at ONE TIRE!!! Yeah 7 seconds. I timed you. Plus, why do I need ONE TIRE sprayed. Lmao! I’m going to Triton on the east side. I already knew they were better, but tried Mister because it’s close to home and I have memories of Octopus being awesome. Never again.
Overpriced and underwashed. I paid about $30 for their “nicest” one time wash, car wasn’t nearly dry when I left, car looks OK, no vacuums, but worst of all they make you exit right into traffic, and it’s a STEEP turn. If you have a low car, (I have a dodge charger) it will scrape your underbody horribly. The customer service people are kinda pushy and indifferent. I don’t recommend.
I visited the car wash and purchased the premium interior and exterior package for $35. For that price you receive a interior and exterior wash and clean. The customer service was good. Friendly and nice staff. The exterior wash was good and it came out clean and dried clean. The interior was lack luster for lack of a better term. As you can see with the attached pictures. The the floor mats were not pulled out and cleaned or washed at all. There was pet hair and dust in common areas. Surfaces were not wiped down at all. The trash was not taken out of the side pockets. It was not worth the $35.
