After contacting a few other companies that had ghosted me. Mr sparky got back to me the same day as my request, on a weekend, and got service scheduled within a day. Great service on a couple outlets and inspection of boxes. Mark was quick, very helpful, and answered all questions I had even about other projects. Will recommend, though they might be a little more expensive than other services, very much worth it if you value customer service and timely service.
I can’t complain I lost power to my efficiency apartment on New Year’s Eve at night Mister sparky tech Frank Ramirez came out to look at the problem and of course my electricity was the original from when the home was built 1950. Frank Thoroughly explained the problems I was having. Frank, David and Jason took care of the problem. Keep in mind the reviews helped me to choose a Reliable company. I have no regrets yes a little costly but so worth it! Thank you guys you all did an amazing job and no mess to clean up afterwards. Frank did go above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly. Photos from old to new and added.

Ant and Mark did an excellent job servicing my home today. They came out to give an estimate on my issue with no power to my water heater. They found that the water heater breaker was tripping and not resetting. I provided the breaker and they replaced that for me but they noticed in the laundry room was missing a bushing and the grounding wasn’t up to par along with a loose box. They did a great job of letting me know the issues and provided options for me. I will be recommending to family and friends the great work they completed for me. I now have hot water ; and now a happy customer!
Frank arrived, assessed the situation, and gave me options for what I want completed. He explained all options and once I made the decision, he went to work like a Boss! He was pleasant to talk with and answered all questions completely. What I liked most, he enjoyed doing what he knows how to do. He deserves a bonus! Thank you Frank and staff for getting here as quick as you did to complete an urgent matter. You’re tops in my book. Mr. Sparky will be my first and only call when service is required. OUTSTANDING!
