I recently had work done to my house with Cameron. He’s fantastic! He was very friendly, gave expert advice, and did amazing work. I appreciated his honestly when giving a quote and recommendations. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that needs work done.
Cameron was on time each visit! He was kind and knowledgeable in his work, took the time to explain what the job entailed and what to expect. He gave honest pricing, was clean and quick in his work! I’ll recommend him to any family/ friend in need of an electrician!
We have used this company a few times now and I have been very happy with the service each time. We had Josh today and he was great/pleasant! The booking process is easy, and they even send you a profile and picture of who to expect which was an unexpected benefit as it is nice to know who is coming. I have found them to be fairly priced and will be calling them for any future electrical needs.
I wish all technicians do their jobs in the same way as Cameron does. I am very happy with his interaction and attitude with me as well as his professional expertise. Although it took a bit long time to get his service done, I fully understand the reason for the work delay. I rate him 10 stars out of 5 stars. I told him I might forget the name "sparky" but never forget his name Cameron.
Cameron is Amazing! From the moment I first met him on the day he quoted me for my Tesla charger, he was so warm and cheerful. He was super easy going and respectful of my space and home. When he arrived today, he greeted me with a cheery “Good morning!” He assured me that it would only take him about 45 minutes to do the install. When he was done, he knocked on my door and had me test out my new charger, It worked great! He let me know that there was a one-year warranty And if we had any problems to give Mr. Sparky a call. When I proceeded to go into the house to get payment, I realize I was locked out of the house. My big dog had jumped on the door inside and hit the lock mechanism and I had no keys and no phone.! Cameron was so nice to allow me to use his phone to make the emergency phone calls To whoever could help me Come unlock my home for me. And of course, while we waited we had a great chat about life. you can tell he’s very genuine and he’s a hard worker. Being a business owner, I would definitely want him on my team. Hes A great example of good energy and wonderful customer service.
