Food was amazing, had the prime rib melt and it was cooked perfectly! My server (I believe her name was Hillary) was absolutely wonderful as well definitely recommend !

Delicious food, well put-together menu, impressive chef's specials, absolutely top-notch service, and delicious desserts. Best steak I've had in years. We found this place via word of mouth and will absolutely be returning. Highly recommend. 12/10

Went in about 4pm. Place was not busy at all. Came in because we always heard good things. Well it was so disappointing. First we got our table, took about 15 mins for us to get drinks. We noticed that every person that was there didn’t have food yet. The waitress apologized and said it will be a long wait if we wanted food. Said to stay away from the steak if we wanted quicker service, which I thought was crazy. Ordered just an app of escargot. It was just ok. Way too much cheese and so much oil. We left after our 1 drink each and our appetizer. From start to end was an hour without an actual entree. The bathrooms were atrocious. Truck stops are cleaner. Insanity.

Where to start? I guess when you walk in and the first thing that greets you are signs saying they need help filling positions in the restaurant. Probably not good. That means that they can’t keep employees and whoever is working, has not had the chance to even become familiar With how a supposedly great steakhouse should run. It took forever for us to be acknowledged and by then we decided not to even order drinks because we thought we would have to wait another 20 minutes just to get drinks. So we just had water. We finally ordered our food and waited about 45 minutes for it to come (a burger and scallops). The server did apologize for the wait and offer a free dessert. The $60 scallops were the worst scallops I’ve ever tasted in my life. They were so chewy that you could barely chew them enough just to swallow them down. The cheeseburger was OK, although it appeared that it was frozen at one point in time. And the only thing offered with the $20 cheeseburger was a small piece of lettuce, two tomatoes, two pickles and a couple of onions. I chose the lobster bisque for the side. Which, I’ve never had lobster bisque with so many tiny shrimp in it. I guess they call putting a couple of flakes of lobster into it, lobster bisque. Salty and subpar at best. No bread offered. Close to $100 (plus tip) for 2 meals (no drinks). Whoever owns this place and the chef should be embarrassed. Misty’s gets business off of its name…definitely not because of the quality of their food. I tried to talk my SO out of going since, I had a bad experience last time and said I would never go back. Well, he learned a $100 lesson and we both left hungry and disappointed. He’s loyal to a fault, but I think yall just lost a customer for good.

We were so excited to have a night on the town last evening in Downtown Lincoln and were excited to try Misty's as we have heard such wonderful things about it. We walked in and sat at the bar, where after about 10 minutes the bartender came over, brought us water and stated that it was drinks and appetizers at the bar only. We said, not a problem and asked for a table in the bar area so that we could watch the volleyball games on the TV. The restaurant at 7:00 p.m. on a Saturday evening was not busy at all. After about 5 minutes, someone came and finally gave us menus. At that point we had been in the restaurant for over 15 minutes with only water and no additional interaction with staff. We thought a waiter was heading our direction, but he walked right past us to the table that was recently vacated, and picked up his tip money. He walked by us again without even looking at us. We at that point decided to leave because we had been there for 25 minutes. As we were walking out that same waiter told us to 'have a great night' not having any idea that we had never even been waited up. Just disappointed. Went to a neighboring restaurant that was PACKED and BUSY and had an amazing meal. As a small business owner, we know customer service is VERY important. Would have emailed rather than make a public note, but couldn't find a customer service email.
