We needed a new glass screen for our iPad that had cracked. I confirmed online that this location provided the service. We went to get it done and were turned away by the staff advising they couldn’t help. He sent us to Future-Tech for assistance. We went there and got the screen replaced for $110. This location called the next day to quote on the repair. Guess their employee lied? Anyways. Go to Future-Tech! They repaired it within 2 hours and their service was great.
My finance was in a panic that she had deleted all of the contents of her phone. The representative who helped us was very kind and understanding. He was able to fully recover and restore her phone contents and gave great advice on how to ensure the name situation didn't happen again. He was not looking to take advantage, highly recommend their services.
Fantastic experience having my new phone repaired here. They were upfront, helpful, and did a great job repairing my S25 Ultra. The customer service even ensured I wouldn't have to be without a phone over night. They were transparent about the entire process. I never felt like I was going to he taken advantage of. While waiting to pick uo my phone i observed the staff here working with other clients and they were offering the most helpful service to many many people.
Stopped in to get the charging port repaired or replaced on my in-law’s device as it was no longer charging. Rachel did a quick initial assessment and quickly determined it might simply be that the port contained debris that was preventing it from charging. A few minutes later, along with a skilled application of her tweezers, and the device was successfully charging again. I asked her what the cost was and she promptly said, “No charge”! That is incredible customer service. Because of that integrity I’ll continue to take all of my devices there for repair and encourage everybody else I know to do the same. I visited Mobile Klinik today to get my iPhone repaired and to my surprise, I was very impressed with the service and the offers they provided. The staff member who helped me, Kirthan, was extremely professional and explained everything clearly. He gave me complete information about the repair and the ongoing promotions, which made the process smooth and stress-free. They currently have a Back-to-School offer going on, and I was able to take advantage of it—ending up paying much less than I expected. The whole experience was quick, affordable, and very satisfying. I highly recommend Mobile Klink for Apple, Samsung, Motorola, and LG users who are looking for trustworthy service and great deals.
