Call their support department before you even bother contacting sales... You'll understand pretty quickly the level of support you'll receive. Also note, if you want to integrate credit card processing into your POS, you have only one option and that's their proprietary platform and you'll pay the rates they give you. I always thought it was predatory to charge a fee for the software and then also collect the credit card revenue on top of that. These guys are scabs.

Very bad company. Not reliable. limited communication, bad work ethics and unprofessional. Its a one man shop but showing they can do everything. They are adding all the cutting edge applications on their website but dont have any completed application. Interactive website and adding all the features is a way to catching customer. Just don't work with this company. Wasting your time..
