Very rude lady. We went to eat ice cream to cold stone and after finishing my husband told me if I wanted to buy some hello kitty stuff so I went to the store with my mom, and my 10 yo. Son I saw a cup and touch it and told me I wasn't allowed to touch anything in the store if I want something I have to let her know and pay first. So I left when I got home my son told me that she told him get out of my store you not allowed to be here. Really bad customer service.
Very fun and cute little place to get imported Japanese collectible trinkets and stuffies. It's great to get a gift for anyone or just for yourself. They do tend to change it up once in a while, so not everything is the same.
Love this place it was so kawaii, so many plushies felt like I was Japan well worth the stop and will definitely be back as the staff was friendly and accommodating and warm.
I believe I met the owner (manager?)once to groom her pup as my shop is right around the corner. She was a sweetie and was delighted to hear how much my stepdaughter adores her shop. She always went on and on about the adorable squishies and plushies, not just for kids. I will go in soon and get better pictures. I avoided it so far as I am broke and will surely see things I want.
