Grand daughterba wedding dress and grand daughters flower girl dress The lady was very attentive to the bride but this place is NOT KID FRIENDLY! My 2 year old grand daughter is the flower girl and the woman said " if she can't sit down she will have to leave" This was RUDE and uncalled for. We were customers and deserved respect. I addressed the woman and again she repeated the same thing. Prices were good. My over all impression is that some staff need to be more mindful of the way they speak to customers
This was the first boutique I stopped at for dress shopping and had an overwhelming and bad experience compared to all the other boutiques I visited after this one. The stylist was nice but she was more of a hindrance than a help. She asked a few questions at the beginning about what I liked and didn’t like, and I told her I didn’t like ball gowns. She then proceeded to take me into the area with the dresses and starts pointing out ball gowns. She then went to every rack explaining the styles and told me to pick dresses out myself. She didn’t pick any herself, but kept interrupting me looking at dresses to show me more dresses and more options and more details which was very overwhelming. Then once we finally started trying dresses on, she would talk about every alteration option there was before I even had a chance to look at the dress on. She also wouldn’t pin/clip it to fit me because she wanted to show the back to my bridesmaids but it didn’t fit without the clips so none of them looked good. Even when she did clip the dresses, they still weren’t clipped correctly so they still all fit weird and it made it really hard to tell if it was the dress I didn’t like or just because it wasn’t fitted to me. In addition, the link they send out to look at their stock before you get there is inaccurate. They don’t have the dresses they claim to have online. We also felt rushed out the door at the end and they locked it right behind us even though their hours claimed they’d be open another hour. The shop was also locked when we got there and we had to be let in. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. Professional, beautiful and a dream. I truly felt that my entire experience from start to finish was a fairy tail and wish I could do it again. I worked with Miriam and she was so kind, helped me through my uncertainty and assisted me in finding the dress of my dreams. I can't thank you enough, Mockingbird Bridal for being a staple to my wedding day. I really felt like a princess throughout the whole process. Thank you thank you thank you. I bought my wedding dress and my vail here.
I made an appointment same day to come in, found a gorgeous dress that happened to be the last one and was able to take it home same day for half of the original price. I worked with Lacy and she was very helpful & friendly. She even helped my find a veil that would match my difficult lace pattern for a reasonable price. The dress was a steal of a deal ($999) and I have never felt more like royalty in an outfit. I did wish there was something for my fiancé to drink as he got quite thirsty waiting (the exterior doors of the boutique stayed locked) and we had come from out of state but luckily there were two chairs near the registers for him to sit. Very good experience overall!
Tuve una experiencia maravillosa al comprar vestidos aquí. Miriam fue mi asesora y siento que hizo un gran trabajo respetando nuestro presupuesto y encontrando el mejor vestido y velo para ajustarse a nuestro presupuesto.
