The most disappointing experience with Madani Furniture. We purchased a bed for almost $3,000, but what was delivered was a completely different model than the one displayed in the store. The mattress support system was also different and arrived damaged — 6 slats were broken. When we contacted the store, we were told that the support shown in their showroom is “no longer being produced,” and they refused to replace anything. In other words, the customer pays for one product but receives another, and the store acts as if this is normal. It is nearly impossible to reach their staff: they don’t answer phone calls, they constantly shift responsibility from one person to another, and no one offers any solution or even tries to help. As a result, we were left with an expensive bed that does not match the description and has defective parts. This level of service is absolutely unacceptable. If this issue is not resolved, we will have to file formal complaints with the appropriate authorities. I do not recommend this store. Be cautious.
I purchased sofa, two arm chairs, and tables. They were the best choice I have ever made. My family love it. So unique, comfortable, cozy, and we received many compliments from friends and families. Perfect matching and the price is great. Well packaged and were delivered perfectly. We will buy again and all staff are so friendly and helpful making decisions. Specially ask Xhana. Professional and knowledgeable.
Bought a product from the store, came in with unfinished wood quality that had splinters. Was not safe to use. Customer service didn't entertain to look at the issue and when pressed asked to pay for return shipping and 25% restocking fee. Working with California Customer Affairs department and filing a small court dispute claim. Please beware of this company.
I recommend this place, when my family and I walked in, Hector receive us with a good sense of humor, he helped us with details of what we wore looking for. We bought a bunk bed, good price and a good cuality. Perfect for my two boys. When we received our bunk bed the delivery guys wore carefully brought it in and they build it for me with care. My boys loved there bunk bed, Thank you so much Hector for your customer service. I well come back again. 😁
Ordered a glass table back in August, they ship us the legs but no table top, the table top box comes a month later, we unwrap the legs to put on the table and find a crack and scratches on them. We called customer service and they tell us they cannot ship the legs and will give 300 credit to keep the legs as is. How can we keep a cracked leg, we ask them to replace the legs, they say that they cannot ship new legs because we already had two deliveries. Bad because we did not ask for two deliveries, their mistake. We said we will pick up the legs so we had to go two hours to pick them up. Think twice before you buy from here. They would not issue any credit for all the delays and inconvenience. Bad Service!!!
