Melissa is amazing! She always does my waxes and she makes me feel so pampered and comfortable! The salon is also beautiful and always clean.
My experience at Mode was fantastic! Nicole helped me with my brows and waxing for my wedding, and I can't thank her enough for the job well done and how comfortable I felt with her throughout the process. Definitely recommend Nicole at Mode :D
Martie is extremely professional and an amazing esthetician. I am always very satisfied with her waxing services. The atmosphere at Mode is clean, professional, and calming. I always feel so confident walking out of Mode. I also love that they sell the products they use so I can get salon products for at home care.
I’ve been getting Brazilian waxes for over 11 years, and I can honestly say this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. The salon itself is absolutely beautiful, and Nicole made the entire process smooth and comfortable from start to finish. Her technique was amazing! She also spoke with me during our session which definitely helped take my mind off of the waxing. Brazilians are never completely painless, but this was the least painful and most comfortable I’ve felt getting one. I will definitely be retuning! I highly recommend Mode Salon and especially Nicole!
I have been going to Mode for several years now. It is without a doubt the best waxing experience I have ever had in Spokane. Melissa is so friendly and fun to chat with. She does a great job at making you feel comfortable during something as uncomfortable as a Brazilian lol. Great downtown location, fair prices, lots of services. I highly recommend Melissa and Mode if you’re looking for a wax!!!
