We had a brilliant experience with Modern Movers and could not recommend them enough. From the very first call, when Karina answered and helped us with the booking, we knew this was the company we wanted to use. We had received a couple of other quotes. One was a lot more expensive and another never even got back to us, which made the decision easy. Our situation was very last minute. We exchanged on extremely short notice and only found out the day before that we would be moving, mainly due to Christmas timings. We had first spoken to Modern Movers around two weeks earlier, but with it being so close to Christmas it was touch and go whether we would be able to move before then. Despite all of that, they managed to fit us in and we moved on the 19th December. They arrived nice and early on the day. Emmanuel was amazing. He packed up our house incredibly quickly while taking great care with our belongings. Nothing was damaged at all and he paid real attention to detail to make sure everything was protected properly. They were efficient with packing and loading and made sure everything fit safely into the lorry. Customer service throughout was excellent. Everything was efficient, well organised, and far smoother than we expected. Moving is usually incredibly stressful, but today was the only day where we felt no stress at all. We would not hesitate to recommend Modern Movers to anyone.
I recently used Modern Movers for my move, and I had a great experience. Emmanuel, Ali and Jem were fantastic. From start to finish, their communication was excellent. They kept me updated every step of the way, which really helped take the stress out of the process. The whole team was friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. They worked quickly but still took great care with all of my belongings. Everything arrived in perfect condition and ahead of schedule. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother move. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, stress-free movers!

I’d gladly recommend Modern Movers to anyone looking for a trustworthy, professional removal service. I used Modern Movers for my recent house move and was really impressed. The team was professional, punctual, and very careful with my furniture and fragile items. They packed and loaded everything efficiently, dismantled and reassembled furniture with no problems, and made sure everything was set up exactly where I wanted in the new home. The whole process was far less stressful than I expected, and their pricing was fair and transparent.
Luther and Louis arrived on time, happy, professional and warm. They’ve made our 100+ mile move with small children in an awkward upstairs flat, to the middle of the countryside an absolute pleasure. We automatically felt listened to and at ease, all our belongings were handled with such care too.
