Absolutely wonderful service from Cathy at the QVB store in Sydney! Cathy was so patient with me and helped me decide on what engagement ring and wedding band I wanted when I had absolutely no idea when entering the store! She helped me pick rings which I am so in love with and she provided excellent service throughout - for example offering to clean my engagement ring when we came back in to select wedding bands. Great experience - would throughly recommend!
Lindy and Julie were absolutely incredible in their customer service. I bought my engagement ring from Moi Moi because Lindy was incredibly friendly and helpful in helping me find a ring that ticked the boxes, and was by no means pushy like some other jewellers I visited beforehand. It was this level of customer service that brought me back here to get both my and my partner’s wedding rings, I can’t thank Lindy enough for her assistance through the ring buying process. I had a wonderful experience at Moi Moi today. I have been married for 38 years and I wanted to upgrade to a bigger ring and matching wedding band. Julie was so professional and patient, and we never felt pressured. I chose a stunning Supernova Moissanite Engagement ring with a matching Moissanite Wedding band.
