If you want consistent, good cleaning, look somewhere else. I've used them for over a year and the service quality is poor. I've contacted them at least 4 times regarding problems and they just can't seem to correct them. Example - I pointed out that they put the fitted sheet on sideways on several occasions which causes it to pull out after one night's sleep. They "talked" to the crew but it happened again and again. The "quality manager" came out with them to be sure they did it correctly and they still got it wrong. When I pointed this out to the manager they tried to make an excuse that the sheets had shrunk and so wouldn't fit. I stripped the bed in front of them, and remade it correctly with no problem. They move rugs around and don't put them back where they found them. They miss putting bags in some trash cans, usually at least one each time. I spend about an hour after each visit putting things back in their place. They were just swiping a mop pad across the floor and not getting it clean. That has improved but they keep switching crews and the new crew just makes the same mistakes. They send me a text asking how the last cleaning was and I told them they made the bed with the bedspread between the sheet and the blanket. The manager said she'd been there and didn't notice that. She suggested they delete making the bed going forward since they can't seem to get it right. If they were consistent and didn't make the same mistakes over and over I'd give them a higher rating. And yes, I do have the correct business.
Never again. Two maids sent out by Molly Maid. I was very specific about what I needed them to clean. Maid 1 fails to clean shower dish in shower (after I told her to clean the shower) and claims a mark on bathroom tile is "permanent." I smudged it off with the toe of my sock. That was bad enough, but Maid 2, on her own initiative, went into an area I did not specify and that I did not want her in. I was very specific: Bathroom 1, Bathroom 2, and/or kitchen. She goes into my dining room to "dust" and steps on my property. It is now ruined, beyond repair. I can't replace it because it is vintage, unique, and one of a kind.
My experience with Molly Maids was 10/10. They communicated well and in a timely manner. The people I spoke with were very nice (my apartment was a disaster). They helped me to feel at ease. Once the cleaning was completed, I felt at peace in my home again. Everything was done with an eye for detail and they even called me to ask if the team could stay a little longer to finish up instead of just going for it and charging me regardless. I really appreciate the professional level of customer service. I will be booking with them regularly.
I have been using Molly Maid for 5 or so months now and I am always impressed with their service and help. They are always thorough and the ladies are so nice. In particular, I've worked with T10's Sindry and Amada, and T9's Yolanda and Reyna. Both teams have been incredibly friendly, attentive, and have done an amazing job. I'm a working mom, I don't always have time to get everything cleaned up or keep my house showroom spotless. But Molly Maid has seriously taken the strain off my shoulders (and back..ouch) and in turn, it's also given my mental health a huge boost. So, thank you so much Molly Maid and the teams who have helped me each time. I'm so thankful for your help. It means so much to me and my family!
If I could give 0 stars I would. I booked a move out cleaning service online with Molly maids 3 weeks before actually needing the service. I spoked with someone over the phone confirming and going over expectations. Day of needing the cleaning service I confirmed. They said someone would be coming out. No one ever came. They also didn’t answer the phone. I tried calling them different times of the day and still nothing. Poor communication and very unprofessional.
