If they clean like they drive you better lock up your fragile items. Had one in a little blue car basically push my F150 over so they could get on the EW connector ahead of me even though they were in the turning lane that had to merge. I guess right of way and right way is foreign to them.
Tried getting back in touch via phone with no luck. We aren't happy with our cleaning. We paid a lot of money and left clear instructions on what to clean. We are having a party and now we have a dirty house. Unless this is fixed, We have no choice but to leave negative reviews. The following was done on your deep cleaning: Toilet seat in guest room was dirty Baseboards hadn't been cleaned Walls were covered in dust in spots Appliances had food and dust behind. Cabinets hadn't been cleaned Shower and sinks were covered in scum. Not cleaned. We also topped each of the three ladies $20. $60 extra dollars for this. We trusted your company and we received 50% completed with a "deep clean". Looking back at our video cam... There's a lot of standing around and sitting on the couch. 2 people to clean the ceiling fans.
This service left me in a bind and didn’t care. Set my appointment on Sunday. Confirmed on Tuesday with their confirmation email. Call to schedule on Wednesday and they say sorry we don’t have staff to do it. I cancelled three other companies for quotes. I was on business travel all week. Moving out on Saturday. No way to get someone else in there. Asked for a supervisor to call me. Still waiting it’s Friday night. Have to turn keys in tomorrow. Thanks for nothing and no care to the customer. And please save the BS AI generated response to this about how sorry you are
One star because I appreciated the ladies who cleaned my house last month. However, I scheduled for Thursday the company agreed then rescheduled me for Friday my hands were tied bc family was coming so yes I wanted the service. Then this month, they send automated text messages to “call to schedule” it took me three phone calls to get someone. I scheduled a week in advance for a specific time and date and then sent countless emails and text confirming the service in bold warning about less than 24hour cancellation policy. Day of service I call to confirm time of arrival- no answer had to leave a voicemail. No response until I emailed hours later asking the same question. Finally I get an estimate of arrival time 3 phone calls later of them going back and forth to Ask if it’s okay the ladies come the next day instead of arranged date. I asked to cancel service and not be charged since it was not my doing. Then a 4th call to say the ladies can be there in 40mins. It’s a little too late. Don’t use this service!
Terrible experience!! The maids arrived a hour and a half earlier than expected, with no call prior to arrival. It didn’t really bother me too much because it was a Friday and I had things to do but a call would’ve been appropriate especially for super early arrival. Now onto my 1 bed 1 bath… as they started to clean I was trying to be out of their way as much a possible (which wouldn’t have been an issue if I received a call prior to early arrival) so I gave them the space they needed in each area so that my place could be DEEP cleaned efficiently. The first room that was cleaned was my bed room, I went in there to see if it was to my liking and nothing was dusted, vacuumed, or swept up. I had to tell one of the maids to clean all the trophies off my dresser, to clean the baseboards (because that was what I was told was included in the deep cleaning service), to get the dust of of the corners, etc. I told them “hey could you make sure you clean the baseboards and dust off my trophies… I asked for the deep clean”. I finally was able to get myself ready to depart from my apartment to give the maids the accessibility to my apartment without being in the way. So I left with the expectations my needs will be met.. especially for the price I was paying. ($240) I came back after my apartment was “deeply” cleaned and I was highly disappointed!! Nothing was dusted, baseboards weren’t cleaned, shower was efficiently cleaned, DIRTY dishes were put into my dishwasher which caused the food to grow mold!! It was a terrible terrible experience!! For a small 1 bed and 1 bath my apartment should have been left SPOTLESS. I then called to complain about the service and the maids ended up coming out to my apartment for a SECOND time. I had to leave a note and list ALL the things that needed to be clean and the concerns I had with the first service and my apartment was still not deeply cleaned. They charged me $240 for something I could’ve done. I am very known individual in the area and I am a UK grad that runs on the track team and I will let everyone know about my experience with Molly maid! This is a shame and I have picture to prove how my apartment was left AFTER the maids “cleaned” my apartment.
