In the last couple of months since joining, my fitness and strength have improved so much and I feel energised. Have been doing semi private classes with Nathan mostly - he is very knowledgeable, friendly and warm, but pushes you as well to improve and increase week on week. It’s a friendly encouraging environment there and I really enjoy it. Would recommend getting into momentum training in the new year, do it for yourself :)
Such a welcoming crew — genuinely supportive from the moment you arrive. The whole place has a friendly, encouraging vibe with a real boutique-community feel. No need to be a gym bunny; everyone is welcomed and made to feel part of the group.
The team at Momentum are fantastic! Not only is this a great gym where the trainers help ensure you challenge yourselves and work to your goals, it’s such a nice community to be part of. I’ve struggled with consistency and putting myself first but I wanted a gym I’d actually enjoy going to. All the people and trainers are amazing, if you’re looking to join a great group and be supported to achieve your goals, this is the place to be!
I recently started training at Momentum and I couldn’t be happier. The vibe is super welcoming, and Nathan and Nic could not be more lovely. I came to learn to lift (as an older woman) and the instruction and encouragement have been top level. Momentum is such a great find. So rare to find a gym where women are so empowered to lift heavy, under great supervision. Highly recommend this lovely gym community.
As someone who found gym environments very intimidating, you know Momentum PT has completely smashed those fears Momentum is a great place, with friendly trainers and clients, and will definitely help you out no much matter your fitness goals. Momentum has been part of multiple injury rehabs with me, they tailor group workouts effortlessly, I am so appreciative for finding such a great team to train with. Could not recommend more!!
