I cannot recommend Mona enough. She has been great to work with, is encouraging, and does not judge your limitations. She customizes your workouts based off of what your body is going through at the time. I prefer this to large gym classes, where the instructor does not provide modification for exercise exercises. I attend Mona‘s group classes and even then she is able to provide customized support. Thank you, Mona!
I’ve been working with Coach Mona since February, and it’s been a great experience. As someone new to the gym, I really appreciated how welcoming and supportive she and everyone else in my weekend workout session were from day one. Mona’s been incredibly accommodating of my busy schedule, suggested improvements to my diet and lifestyle, which has helped me stay consistent.
