From the moment I walked into Montrose Med Spa, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and professional. The entire team went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and cared for from start to finish. Dianna, the receptionist, set the tone immediately. She was so kind, patient, and understanding—answering every question I had and helping me feel completely at ease before my appointment. Her friendly energy and calm demeanor made check-in smooth and stress-free. My esthetician, Chelsea, made the experience unforgettable. She was gentle, attentive, and extremely skilled. The derma-planing session was the best I’ve ever had—so relaxing that I actually fell asleep! When I woke up, my skin felt incredibly soft, smooth, and bright, with all the dull and dead skin removed. Chelsea explained every step of the process and ensured I was comfortable the entire time. To top it off, Ashley, who helped check me out (and is clearly the boss of an amazing team), was fantastic. She was friendly, professional, and very informative. She took the time to go over all of their services and membership options in detail, making everything easy to understand. Overall, Montrose Med Spa delivers excellence at every level—from customer care to results. I left feeling refreshed, glowing, and already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality skincare and top-tier service!
The team at Montrose Med Spa are the best! Marlene and Abby know what they are doing and I always appreciate how informative and helpful they are! Abby has done a couple of micro needling treatments and a HydraFacial on me and not only does she know what she's doing from a technical standpoint but she is also kind and gentle during the procedures!!

If you have time do the skin analysis! It’s super helpful to learn where your skin is at!
