⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an excellent experience at Mor Furniture, and Kyle truly made it exceptional. We purchased two separate couch sets, and when you’re spending over $6,000 in one purchase, this level of service isn’t just appreciated — it’s a must. Kyle answered every question thoroughly and honestly. He even unhooked the sectional on request to show us exactly how it attaches and walked us through different configuration options so we could customize everything to fit our home perfectly. As an informed consumer, I really valued his respectful, no-pressure approach. He didn’t hover, follow us around, or sit on every couch with us. Instead, he gave us the space to shop, talk, and make informed decisions, while still keeping up thoughtful, informed conversation. He was well-versed in the research we had already done on Mor’s website, including product details, delivery, financing, and store policies. If Kyle didn’t immediately know an answer, his response was exactly what you want to hear: “I’m not sure, but let’s find out.” That honesty and follow-through builds real trust — especially on a purchase of this size. Highly recommend Kyle — 10/10. If you want a smooth, respectful, and professional buying experience, ask for him.

Kendall was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process of furnishing our new home. He went above and beyond to help us select everything we needed and was incredibly patient and flexible, allowing us to move things around and make adjustments as needed. He professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. We couldn’t be happier and truly appreciate all he help—highly recommend working with Kendall!
Our sales person (Kendall lehman/store ngr) was extremely friendly. Greeted us the moment we walked in and offered us refreshment. Asked what we were looking for and immediately began trying to find us the sectional couch that suited what we were wanting. No high sales pressure tactics. Just down to earth and afain very friendly. He is a great asset for the Mor team. Left very satisfied with a custom ordered sectional that we xant wait to pick up in 6-8 weeks.
Lisa was super friendly and VERY knowledgeable. I didn’t feel forced to add anything additional, she actually brought up a lot of good points like measuring the height of the breakfast bar for bar stools BEFORE buying them, and being honest by telling me that with the bed frame I purchased i would not be able to have a specific mattress. My experience here was easy and non pressured! Will definitely go back to Lisa for the bar stools and other things I may need.
