Morphett Air did an excellent job of replacing out 30-year-old reverse cycle air conditioner. Turnaround from our initial call to completed installation was 6 days which was excellent. Shane provided a proposal very quickly after my initial call. The pre-installation site inspect was conducted 2 days later with a few recommendations and a good explanation of how these would improve the performance of the overall system. The installation was seamless with Marley and the team completing the installation by midafternoon with minimal disruption, cleaned up after themselves and ran through the operation of the system. I was happily recommend them to anyone requiring air conditioning installation or replacement.
We can't speak highly enough of our experiences with Morphett Air, during the recent replacement of our 20 yo reverse-cycle system needing replacement, in a two-story house. From the Manager, Shane to all other tech and installation staff, eg Marley, Noah, Tyler etc all of our interactions were prompt, responsive, professional and friendly. The whole team really knows their stuff and were committed to doing the best possible job at the best possible price and managed to save us significant disruption and $'s in a couple of situations where they could have easily acted very differently. It is extremely rare that a company is able to recruit and retain a top-notch, well-drilled team but somehow Morphett Air have managed to do that in spades. Well done all, we are happy to recommend you to anyone needing a professional and trustworthy aircon service.
No job is too small. Noah & Tyler came to our house to service & clean our Bonaire Evaporative air conditioner, a relatively small job. (They messaged us prior with an ETA & also provided a tracker app for an exact time of arrival). They were professional & friendly & did an excellent job. We are very happy with the service we received.
Our technician was punctual, knowledgeable, tidy and friendly. He did a great job of servicing our split system, explaining the minor issues that he found and advising us on management of those issues. The job was charged as quoted. In all we are very happy with Morphett Air and their efficient and friendly service.
