Four of us were in today, for the Sunday roasts and as usual we were very happy with the food . We would also like to mention the staff who are all very helpful, even though extremely busy. One in particular, a young girl who was named Olivia could not do enough for us and we would love her to know how much we appreciated her help

The shop and garden centre are really lovely with a good selection of plants(my go to place to furnish my garden). Also a great selection of cards for all occasions, and the shop staff are very people and dog friendly . The cafe however is a big disappointment particularly as dogs are not allowed inside that area. Mortonhall Estate is one of my favourite places for walking my dog and meeting friends. Dogs are permitted at outside tables , but the absence of heaters, rugs ,or cushions and particularly slow and inefficient service today ( mid January) means that in future if I want a coffee or lunch while walking my dog I shall avoid Klondyke cafe and go instead to the nearby warm and dog welcoming Stable Bar.

This garden centre has a good selection of Christmas decorations and lights. It's busy on the weekends, we had scones and coffee last time we visited, which was good, there was a line this time so we didn't have anything. There's also a food section with chocolates, cookies and other things by the register, we bought a snack there.

A lovely garden center with lots of plants! Could use more plant pot selection, but isn't that always the case! A great way to spend the afternoon, can't wait to go back

We live local to this place, have the loyalty card that gives you free coffee once a month so we visit often but I need to remember to never have the link sausages again. I never learn. They always come out looking anemic and they are clearly undercooked. Need another 5 minutes under the grill or in the oven. The bacon is brilliant and a far better quality and choice. They have a great choice in sweets, cakes and scones etc. Coffee is nice but last time in was a bit bitter. Machines probably need a more regular cleaning schedule. Restaurant is lovely, always clean with good service, tables and chairs outside for those that have dogs though it can feel a little pricey for what you get. Great garden centre. Friendly, helpful staff.
