Would have been better to use AI to do in 10 minutes what took them 6 months (4 months after the deadline we originally set). Or even hire someone off Fiverr for a fraction of the price. My experience doing that on another project was better than this experience. The site was just OK. I was expecting something way better and felt like an afterthought when I hadn’t heard from them for 10 weeks after I paid. They get you in their big fancy office and sell you, then the communication drops off significantly. Do not recommend.

Seriously, Moss Marketing Group are absolutely fantastic at what they do! They are truly a "one stop shop" when it comes to creating content, ads, websites, etc! They are constantly creating ideas to increase traffic to your business and always adjusting to new tech/trends! They practice what they preach and are always striving to be better daily. They are a local business that LIVE HERE IN KC, so they know how to actually drive people to your business. Most firms have people managing your account that have ZERO clue what Kansas City is about, other than Taylor Switft comes to our football games. MMG will know your business. They will know your demographic. They will know what you are up against which is imperative to marketing. If you are a local business, it is important to focus on your local area of operation... and MMG knows the area because THEY OPERATE here. Fantastic people and I really can't recommend them enough!
