The best jazz in the city, and the best price. The vibe on the porch in the summer is unmatched. Great wine selection with a $10 corking fee. Some good beer too.

Great place to grab a drink, hang out, and hear some amazing music. The wine selection is big but they also have no wine options. The music they book is worth the visit!

this place is reaaaaaaal special. You should start with ordering a sangria, then stepping out to the patio and enjoy the aire libre. Then go inside again and dance to some beautiful tunes, then go home and kiss your partner and kids in the forehead and there you go, a perfect day.

Funky. Fun and festive little wine bar. Outside space has music and plenty of seats in addition to space for dancing! Food trucks were out back the night I was there but not sure if they are always an option. MCW has been doing Detroit proud for over a decade! It’s a classy little spot but not expensive and not boogie! 🍷 I think my favorite thing was the outdoor patio with a DJ and dance floor!

This spot was recommended to me from a server at a really great restaurant called Ima Izakaya down the block, and it didn’t disappoint. We got lucky and came on a Jazz night hosted every third Saturday of the month with The Jesse Kramer Trio, and we had a great time. Great music, ambiance, wine and friendly staff - We’ll definitely come back when I’m in Detroit.
