Alex gave me a written estimate for $275 for a tow and 1 hour of labor to see what was wrong with my bike. He performed unauthorized work, and is holding my bike hostage.
I've emailed them in the past about questions/quotes about their service, and they've always replied (Which I'm surprised since most shops don't take the time to reply to their customers) I called, set an appointment and, they did not disappoint. Issues that I've had for months were resolved within hours. Definitely will come back! P.S. Petting their fluffy dog was icing on a cake!!
I've had my Kawasaki serviced here twice and appreciate the quality of service and reasonable pricing. The owner has your best interest in mind, including rider safety, and isn't trying to upsell any unnecessary maintenance. My bike has returned looking great every time. No frills, straight forward, reliable. Feels great driving away with a clean, tuned up bike.
My bike turned off on me twice. First in the streets, and second time on the freeway. I had the bike for only seven months, and it's my first one, so I had no idea what was going on. Alex quickly identified the issue and was quick to fix it. I gave it a run for a couple of weeks and haven't had any issues since. I am pleased with the service and highly recommend!! Alex, by the way, the saddlebags that you mentioned, were deliberately designed with the hinges facing out. They are a replica of the original FXR police bags
They do great work here and have reasonable prices. Very reliable staff. They picked up my bike from my house, fixed the issue, and called me when it was ready. I will definitely be back if I need more work.
