Had diabolical experience. When my cat needed to be put to sleep. Charged nearly £300 then informed me they had a communal cremation. So they threw my beautiful cat into a furnace with other cats and threw her away like trash. Never got her ashes back. They lied to me saying I agreed to it. So conned, lied to and robbed of receiving my darlings ashes. So cruel and heartless. Was devastating

Our 5 yr old dog had his health check and injections last night. He's quite an anxious dog at times. All the staff were really understanding and lovely to us and Frank. We would definitely recommend.

I can not recommend these enough !! I've had two cats neutered in last 3 weeks. The prices are more than affordable and the staff are professional and friendly. The vet is such a nice guy and I'll be more than happy to recommend these to anyone. Thank you for taking care of my fur babies and being helpful when ever needed. See you next month when I get my third and last cat neutered.
