Sharon’s Yoga class is fantastic, Her instruction is clear, moves are fluid and choreographed to satisfy the body. I followed up with her Yin Meditation session which was calming and just wonderful. Her sessions are just the best.
My favourite place to start or end a day! Sharon’s Wednesday night yoga is the highlight of my week. She gives a phenomenal class that never fails to reset and re-centre my body and mind - as well as a great workout! You truly feel like you leave all the noise of life at the door. Sharon is a welcoming and kind instructor, making the class accessible to all levels and personalities. The Reformer Pilates is also incredible. All the instructors are so proficient and make each class and challenging or relaxing as you need it to be by providing levels of intensity for each person. I always come out of class feeling energised and refreshed. I couldn’t recommend Movement Collective more!
A lovely, friendly studio that's respectful and calm but no pretensiousness. As a Mat Pilates instructor myself I can 100% attest that the mat class is wonderful and suitable for all levels. I have been coming to Sunday Classes with Iga and she is friendly and welcoming - super professional and manages to lead the session with clear and simple instruction. She remembered my name also 😊😁. It's a wonderful mix of classical moves but with a modern dynamic flow. The community is kind and welcoming.
Amazing class with Charlotte TW. Great attention to detail. I have chronic back pain and after just a few sessions I’m waking up in the morning pain free. The classes are challenging but Charlotte goes above and beyond to make sure all levels of fitness are welcome. Would recommend it to everyone. Also the studio is beautiful and very well organised.
I’ve been going to reformer Pilates at movement collective for 6 months now and it’s the most beautiful studio. Everything is always pristine, the classes are small and I feel like I’ve massively improved in both stamina and capability since starting! I’ve been bringing my friends along and they’re all obsessed 6/5 stars!
