I had an excellent experience with the trainer, Harshil, and the staff. The facility is clean, well-equipped, and never feels overcrowded. During the sessions, Harshil was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely supportive, tailoring each session to my fitness level and goals. I have also observed other trainers in this facility also take time to demonstrate exercises properly and focus on both safety and technique. The gym staff are friendly, and the overall environment is motivating. I’ve seen real progress in strength and endurance, and I always leave feeling encouraged and energized. Highly recommend both the trainer and the gym to anyone looking for quality fitness guidance.
Me and my volleyball teammates go here for our strength and conditioning workout and the coaches and trainers here are PHENOMENAL!!!! Coach Cody, Coach Euwe, Coach Harshil and all the other coaches are well versed and systematic with our volleyball workouts. Came in to stretch while our friend was lifting (we’re stuck in town after a competition) and they let us come in and stretch. What an amazing little powerlifting gym! ER racks, eleiko barbell, they have it all!
