Killian came by during the rain to help us with some spider webs that I have been finding around the home and even had walked into. He explained the areas he was going to spray, and since we have pets how long they needed to be kept out of the areas. He hast to come back because of some other areas I needed taken care of that he didn’t have the product for since other clients had asked for the same thing today and he ran out. But he was very helpful and really eased my mind. Overall, the company has done really good at helping us with keeping insects and such a way.
Ryan was extremely professional and he explained everything he did. I really appreciate his customer service I have been with Moxie for 6 years and it’s due to the customer service, you get what you pay.
Kevin was an excellent technician and always completes the service at our house kindly and efficiently! He always remembers to properly refill our mouse bait boxes and was very thoughtful about noticing our newly installed garden and made sure to add it to our record so no spraying would be done in that area. Kevin is knowledable and polite, I really appreciate his hard work!
Whenever they come to do the service, they notify me via text message that they are half an hour away or that they will arrive at a certain time of the day so I can be prepared. This time, the technician Nick didn’t notify me at all, and I wanted the house to be treated inside as well. Also, every time the service is completed, they send me photos as proof that the service was done. This time, the assigned technician sent absolutely nothing. If it’s about giving a review, I would give one star, since I have no proof that the service was done or not.
