Dariano did a fantastic job spraying around our house. He gave us a ‘heads up’ call before he arrived and he was respectful of our property. I rate Moxie, a 5 star service!
I was very pleased with Connor. He was thorough and considerate at his job. He checked in with me, asked if I had any concerns, addressed those concerns, and kindly checked in with me when he finished. I will ask for him again next time.
Scott’s been to my house a couple of times: to inspect for termites a couple months back and recently to inspect our attic. Both times he was professional, timely and respectful of our home. He also asked how our pest service has been thus far offering to call out the team if we needed extra service. I especially appreciated how well he explained our situations and what Moxie could do to better our home. His follow up reports are very thorough which made it easy for me to explain his findings to my spouse. By far Scott has given us the best customer service of any company that’s worked in/on our home.
William was flexible in understanding we were not home when we received the notice he was arriving soon. He was willing to wait 30 minutes for us to arrive. He dusted, sprayed, set up our mouse traps and refilled the ones we had. He also worked during our big snow storm when it was literally freezing outside. Great job and service with a positive attitude.
I was extremely annoyed when I came home to find the plants below the area of the insects to have been trampled! There was no need for this! Your technicians could have brought a ladder, positioned it over the plants, and stepped up the ladder instead of on the plants. I was so frustrated on seeing this, that I told my husband we should cancel our contract with Moxie. It would be no use to train anybody because you always send a different technician, never the same person. So even though I'm happy that perhaps the insects are gone this time, I am extremely unhappy with the trampled plants because that part was not necessary!
