From the first interaction I was impressed with the professionalism and clear communication. They were able to accommodate my schedule and were to my house within 2 hours of calling. The guys were thorough, friendly, and thoughtful as they worked. I would definitely recommend and will use again as needed.
Naal was polite and professional as he worked to clean the air ducts and dryer vents throughout my home. He worked quickly in extremely cold temps to minimize the impact on my home temperature, and was thorough in cleaning up when finished. This is the 2nd time we've used Mr. Duct in our condo. We've had 2 dryer vent cleanings and now a duct cleanings. The guys that came were polite, professional and treated our home as their own. Scheduling was quick & easy as was getting an estimate. When the job was done they took pictures to show us the before & after. We also REALLY needed our dryer vent cleaned - you could literally see the lint like tumbleweeds. Awesome! Will definitely use again & recommend
I normally don’t write one-star reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. I paid for a three premium air duct cleaning service ($810), and after completion, I was informed that the technicians did not clean the blower motor. Anyone who knows about air duct cleaning understands that the blower motor must be cleaned as well, since it’s all connected. When I asked about this, I was told it would cost an additional $200 per unit for blower motor cleaning—and I have three units. I would not recommend this company or use their services again. There are plenty of other affordable companies that are upfront about what’s included in their pricing.
