The electrician Joe that came to my home was awesome, professional, constantly working until job was finished.Not only did he repair the problem he did a free inspection & informed me of some areas in my home that needed attention & I allowed him to take care of those issues also. He was very knowledgeable in all areas & was very good at explaining things to me. If I need more work done I will most definitely ask for Joe. It was costly but I felt like after he explained the importance of each item that was needed I just bit the dust. He did a great job fixing the problem I had with my bathroom lights. It was bad but Joe fixed the issue.
Nice company, felt like the communication was okay, only issue I can think of was I said what I wanted and the options were a little less than thorough. I probably should have had a second opinion from a local to “my community” company come out and give me an estimate. Everything works and looks clean. Just a bit lower than my expectations for the price.
I needed some outlets installed in my basement and some wiring fixed on the exterior of my house. Kyle did an amazing job! Not only was the work great, he was personable and communicated clearly. At no point in our interaction did I feel like I was being taken advantage of because I'm a single woman. I've had other contractors come in and give me inflated quotes because of this. I will be recommending Mr. Electric and Kyle to anyone that I know who needs electric work done.
I have received very satisfactory service with Paul, the service electrician who has come to Address and fix my electrical issues in my home completely to where I feel very safe and secure with all the work and attention that he has given to me in my home. There were even obvious reasons why I needed additional electrical work done to avoid any mishap in the future.
Absolute amazing knowledge, customer service & expertise. Able to fix original issue quickly & efficiently. Made recommendations that I found super helpful and useful, upgraded some of my house while they were here. The picture has half new (right side) wiring, & the other (left side) is the original wiring. Quality, clean, beautiful new upgrade. THANK YOU Mr. Electric!! 5 stars, 10 stars, 100 stars!!
