Boyfriend took a mixing board and explain to them what needed to be done. They took it upon themselves and fixed it.Putting on a toggle switch and burning a wire. And then we got the board back broken and charged him an overpriced on a broken board. We asked him to make it right supposedly. They ordered a board to replace the one they broke. Never came back took almost 3 months and the board never came in. We asked for a refund. It took almost another month to even get any service or anything back from them. Had to go in person and contact their manager. And tell them, hey, I want my money and our speaker. They hadn't even worked on the speaker, but yet they kept the deposits for the broken board and the speaker. They never worked on... In my honest opinion they were very unprofessional very in courteous and they acted like they did not even know what they were doing I would not ever recommend Mr. E's for any repair. And the reason we had gone was because they we're recommended to use never again

My JCM 900 now sounds better than it ever has. Thank you very much Mr. E's. Great price, great work, done when I was told, and sounds better than I thought it ever could .

Had a weird experience with these people. I sent in my guitar to get fixed (the neck was warped) they took it in and gave me an 80 dollar inspection fee (it also gets discounted off during the repair fee). I left my guitar with them and called them back after a week or two and it turns out their repair guy broke his arm so it was gonna be a while before it got fixed. I was in no rush so I didn't mind it. After a few months they called me and told me that they can get to work on repairing it and gave me an estimate (the 80 dollars was removed from the total). I agreed to the price. They then contacted me when it was over and asked me to come pick up my guitar. I rarely get days off when they are actually open (a nice man contacted me their hours), so they patiently held on to my guitar longer than I care to admit. Picked it up and was completely fixed WITH new strings. They do good work! A bit over priced, but their quality of work is great and the skinny boy at the front was like the ideal state of great manners and customer service. 4/5 cause of the arm broken thing (tho I was told they had to fire that guy, might explain some of the other reviews) but hey life happens and I didn't blame them for that. Also side note the parking space is pretty small so big vehicles beware

Mr. E's did an amazing job on my cab. My Marshall needed a completely new tolex and after asking around 10 or so shops and individuals, Mr. E's was up for the job. The quality of work was excellent, the pricing fair, and the turnaround time acceptable.

Mr. E's is the best! They worked on my Marshall DSL40C that would mysteriously and randomly stop making sound. It was a problem I had been trying to solve for years. Price was great and it is rock solid now. I will never trust my amps to anyone else. Don't trust your beloved equipment to a faceless corporation that couldn't care less about your "baby." Bring it to Mr. E's!
