I dropped my Ps5 off on December 12 at 5:30pm and by 7:30pm I received an email saying my ps5 was repaired and ready for pick up. This place is amazing great customer service and really get you in and out really early. I got home my ps5 was working great all over again. I recommend this place for everyone needs I would give a 1,000 stars if I could. Thank you again for making my Christmas come true.

would not recommend. needed a charging port replacement. got it swapped twice along with 3 batteries and my phone is still overheating and freezing everytime i charge it. also severely compromised my screen which us now falling out of my phone. i feel scammed!

Went to have the screen of my iPhone 15 plus fixed. It was cracked. Coat $130 which is more than other places but I didn’t have much time so went with it. Since having it fixed a few days ago, I’ve noticed that the brightness of the screen constantly goes up and down which has seemed to drain the battery very fast. The screen will not turn on when it is laying down and I touch it with my finger. I have to pick it up and click side button to get it on. The screen will also completely shut off occasionally. When the phone rings the screen won’t unlock to answer it. Apple Pay doesn’t really work anymore when I use my phone at stores. It’s a nightmare and I would rather have my broke screen back than deal with all of these problems. I called to complain but haven’t received a phone call back. Absolutely do not recommend.

The guy that works there is super cool, top tier service , was very kind , didn't waste any of my time , also he could have charged me extra for a few things , but decided to be human and just help me out , SEND YOUR MONEY THIS WAY. He'll treat you like a human and not a potential victim. It's a little out my way (south Philly) but I really like sending my business to companies like this. Anything breaks im coming here.

Took my phone to fix after had water damage. Took my phone and said would give me a email back about repairs needed and quoted about $50 for the service. If it was too bad I would just buy a new phone I figured. After not hearing back I found that he replaced pretty much everything to the tune of over $200 for a over 4 year old phone. I had no choice but to pay but was even more irritated when I found the parts he used were all 3rd party. The phone was completely janky with black lines on top due to incorrect curved screen. I figured I could make it work but then it had all kinds of technical issues such as not turning on when I pressed the power button, randomly turning off, google voice not working, people not hearing my voice. I went to get a futher repair since it was so bad just to be told they cannot help and offered 10$ back. I tried to use until one day I was driving and phone completely shut off on highway. I had a appointment and was using phone for GPS so I had to quickly stop by shoulder to turn back on. It was so stressful not knowing if phone would even turn on that I just ended up buying a new phone afterwards not even a month after the repair. I never wanted this repair but even after it put me in a potentially dangerous situation.
