Mr Rooter Plumbing was a quick response (called night before arrived next day). Luis and his partner were very friendly and asked the questions they need to know. Toilet flush was repaired quickly this time. I don't know how reasonable the price was because I'm just a temporary tenant. The landlord seems to keep this company on hand as one of their plumbing service options.
Juan and Jeremiah were incredible. We discovered a water leak on the side of our house after 6:00 pm. We contacted Mr Rooter at a time we considered “after hours.” They came out promptly, diagnosed the issue, and make the repair. They were both extremely courteous and friendly despite the late hour. It was 9:45 pm by the time the repair was completed. My wife and I are happy to have found Mr. Rooter in an emergency situation and super grateful for their awesome techs Juan and Jeremiah. Thanks so much guys.
Roberto and his assistant were extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and consistent. I appreciate the fact that they explained every quote and did a pristine job. This work was done during freezing temperatures and the results were top-notch!!! Thank you, Mr. Rooter. I’ll refer your services to my family and friends.
They’ve really left a mess of our complex and blocked me out of my paid garage several times causing me to be late for work. They trampled our bushes and knocked down waste dispensers and just left it like that which is a bit disappointing. I get it’s partly out of their control but the clean up could be a bit more intentional at the end of the day.
Zachery was professional, courteous as they come and patient. My sink had a ridiculously stubborn leak. Zach identified instantly the issue just by looking at it! We’re so impressed and grateful to have met his kind gentleman. Thank you very much for your time, we appreciate y’all.
