Moved into a new house and it's got it's laundry list of issues. Of course, the best time for a toilet to completely malfunction is when we've got more than a foot of snow on the ground! Mr. Rooter Plumbing sent John out to my house the next day and he was able to not just fix the toilet, but help me check out the pipes in the basement to make sure I knew how to handle any future issues.

We discovered a leak in one of our copper pipes in our utility room. I called Mr. Rooter at 7am and they said a technician would arrive between 8:30-10:30am. I was so happy that it was Garrick who arrived at 8:40am! He had previously been to my house in Aug to replace our leaking water filter! Garrick, as professional and friendly as ever, identified the pin hole leak and proceeded to cut out the bad section and replace with a good piece of copper piping! His work is top-notch and his knowledge and professionalism are so impressive!! He even had a $75 off coupon that he applied to the service cost! He is our Go-To Plumber now!!

Their professionalism and willingness to educate make their service truly invaluable. Today, I had the pleasure of working with Ben Brown. Although the issue was outside his direct scope of work, he quickly identified the problem and connected me with Dry Bone Services for further assistance. I was thoroughly impressed by his professionalism, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. He collaborated seamlessly with another technician to develop a plan of action, and when faced with a narrow gap under the tub, he used creative thinking to adapt my vacuum and successfully remove the standing water. Every interaction I’ve had with Mr. Rooter has been excellent, but Ben’s performance today stood out as exceptional. Highly recommend this company and their technicians for their expertise, professionalism, and dedication to quality service. I attached a picture of how he was able to identify the problem by cutting through the dry wall to show that the previous homeowner installed the piping for the tub wrong. He explained that it needed to be flush with the tub.
