I tried to take off my old outside faucet and completely smashed the old copper pipe. Therefore that means no running water!! Tun did a fantastic job. The pipe repair and faucet work like a charm. Great quality work as well. I had my water back on in a couple of hours as well. Mr. Rooter is more expensive. However, they get the job done right and are great to call in emergencies. Thanks again, Tun!
Overall a great experience & they got to the house super quick after I called! Brett explained everything well and gave me my options. It did seem a little on the pricier side (I spent around $2,000 for everything I needed) but, it all needed to be done and I’m happy with that. I do recommend.

Clint was very good at everything he did, and kept us informed as the job progressed. He made a really disgusting event much easier to bear, and did everything with care and a pleasant attitude. All the workers stayed busy and did a great job too.
Two days after Christmas, my 93 year old Mom had a plumbing issue that involved her not having water to her kitchen sink. I saw that as a critical issue, so I called Mr. Rooter. They came out the very next morning. The technician was unbelievable!! He came early, and got right to it. Not only that, he finished and came back two more times to do other things and try different ideas until everything was fixed to perfection! He was very kind and hard-working!!! We would most definitely recommend Mr. Rooter all day long!
