Dakota was very friendly and quick. He got right to work and had our drain unclogged in no time. I am very pleased with Dakota and Lynn at the office. I wish I had an extra pair of slippers for Dakota so he wouldn't have take bags on/off his boots. Mr Rooter should buy those folks a nice pair for Christmas!

I had a great experience today with technician Richard Johnson. He helped with our kitchen sink and was extremely thorough and informative on next steps to help us avoid any further clogs/issues. He provided us an estimate for future work if we decide to go that route and product recommendations. Customer service was great. 10/10 would book again and refer anyone who needs plumbing services!

I had a plumbing emergency and Mr Rooter responded within 2 hours. Anthony Gardynski was professional,friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to fix my problem. He took time to explain the situation (so I could understand it ) and when completed , he had a video to show me and explain the working pump. Anthony is top notch in all aspects of his job. I would not hesitate to recommend him

Very happy with this experience with Mr Rooter! Tyler was so kind, professional and helpful when deciding whether to replace our old sewer ejector pump vs just the float switch. He was also very meticulous with his work and left the area very neat. Definitely felt like we were in good hands during what could have been a much more stressful experience! Thank you Tyler and Mr Rooter!

Mr. Rooter Plumbing provides outstanding service and we highly recommend them. We had a sewer back up at our home. Plumbing Technician Anthony Gardynski and Underground Specialist John Wayne arrived at our home shortly after we called the office. They were able to remedy the immediate emergency and provided us with very detailed explanations of the overall problem and written estimates for resolving our larger plumbing issue. Both Anthony and John are friendly, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. They explained everything in layman's terms, reviewed the camera footage of our piping on their laptop computer and provided visual diagrams to assist our understanding and options for repairs. We are looking forward to working with this fine company to address our upcoming repair project.
