John and Mr Rooter was incredible. After having to get our floor drain snaked every couple of years for the last 10 years, John was the first person do diagnose and explain the root cause for us so we can make educated decisions and have a plan moving forward. Highly recommend.
I called yesterday and within 45min someone was out by my property. They used automated messages to keep communication clear. and an actual person called me a few times too. so not just bots. The technician John P Diagnosed the issue that a previous plumber couldn't! and also fixed it with ease. John kept me in the loop and was thorough with his explanation and charges also explained things super easy and didn't try to add unnecessary charges or fees. Definitely would use rooter plumbing again. Great experience.
I Highly recommend Paul Cindr, Owner of Stealth Construction and Mister rooter plumbing. Their crew re-piped my entire three story home, replacing all of the 1948 galvanized pipes, including the risers, with high quality potable PEX. They have expertise with older homes like mine. They took their time meticulously measuring and planning in order to minimize the number of access holes they needed to cut into my drywall. The crew was efficient completing the job in only eight hours. They were mindful to not harm my carpeting or hardwood floors by laying down plastic sheeting covered by canvas tarps. They taped up plastic sheeting in entry ways to minimize dust throughout the house. The crew was courteous and always kept me well informed of the progress they were making. In addition, they replaced my laundry tub and repositioned my washer making it more accessible to the dryer. They also installed a reverse osmosis system. Taylor, the journeyman plumber, installed it on my basement wall just below the kitchen sink to save cabinet space. An excellent idea! I am VERY VERY pleased with the job they did!
John G was amazing from start to finish. He explained everything in simple terms we could actually understand, checked in multiple times to make sure we felt comfortable, and even offered helpful cleaning solutions after fixing the issue. He walked us through the process step-by-step and really put us at ease. We were also impressed that he took the time to talk about future projects and ideas we might work on together it felt like he genuinely cared about helping, not just getting the job done. And to top it off, he came out on a Saturday with the cheeriest attitude! We can’t recommend John G highly enough. Professional, personable, and truly fantastic.
Their service goes above and beyond. Our service person John G has helped us twice so far. He is honest, upfront, puts things in simplistic terms, & overall exceptional!! He was able to compare our current issue to a past issue by reviewing old video along with new video. Our initial estimate was also upfront & honest without suggesting the most expensive option first. It is completely awesome that if you start out simple and need to get more complex service in the same visit you don't pay the price for 2 separate levels of service. You pay one price & the customer decides how to proceed!! For example: When I called for service this year, I expected our problem to be large tree roots, similar to our problem from @17 months ago. We started with a camera look that would be followed by herbicide, if warranted, which was one price/the lowest. However, if we would have had tree roots that needed to be cut like last time, then we would have proceeded to that next level which would have been the next price which is higher. **It is basically progressive billing, you pay for what you need/decide to have done rather than just being charged the higher price even if you didn't need that level of service. The customer makes a decision each step of the way!!!
